Kevin Jordan is likely one of the best reporters this market has ever known, radio or television. Smart, savvy, not afraid to step on toes, his kind is and has been an unknown here since he left the biz.
DeCosmo, also a fine reporter, but never recognized or appreciated as such.
Kevin is lending some class to Bishop O'Reilly Boys/Girls basketball games by doing the introductions and announcements. He also has his own company, doing consulting & voice-overs, and also is a supervisor at a warehouse in Pittston Twp. Keeping busy.
Makes me ache for the days when guys like Jordan would have gone after this Hazleton cargo airport story with a vengeance, which today no one does, at least not on the broadcast side of things. The T-L this morning lays bare who's who in this deal and it should trouble us all.
Most of those promos were created by Bill Jewett, a good friend of mine, who happens now to be family. Out of the business as well, but still in the area. A very creative guy.

How about a "Whatever Happened To..." for Kevin Jordan.

WOW! The days when WYOU Promos use to be good.
