No juice for WOLF

Even though Fox has pulled plans to air an interview with O.J. Simpson, where he talked about how he killed his ex-wife and her friend (hypothetically, of course!), local Fox affiliate WOLF says it wouldn't have aired it in the first place. “We wanted to send a message to FOX broadcasting that we do not support this kind of content," said executive producer John Cadman. Had it not been for the nationwide outcry, I doubt Fox would have listened.

Oh well. Just keep bringing us those crappy reality shows!

Nice safe statement by Cadman, taking the brave stance after the issue had been decided. I don't believe a word of it

Where is the out cry from Fox News??? When CBS was going to air the doc on the Reagans Fox talkers were tripping over each other to hammer the network, producers and others connected to the show. Strange, didn't hear that much from them on OJ!

I wonder if Bill O'Reilly will acknowledge the relationship between Fox Broadcasting and Fox News now.

The 9:32 a.m. poster is dead-on. I seem to recall that ABC wasn't pummeled too hard on its recent 9/11 movie, either; in fact, those earlier (hypo)critics of the Reagan film said the Clintons were just a bunch of crybabies for daring to stifle free and artistic expression.

WNEP alum Bill O'Reilly DID jump all over the OJ deal and even his big boss, Rupert Murdoch.

Which proves only that O'Reilly can tell which way the wind is already blowing and (to mix metaphors) let it blow him right onto the bandwagon.
